Telehealth services are available to all patients with a smartphone device. We use Doximity—a free and secure HIPAA-compliant platform that is simple to use.

In order to get started, you must have a smartphone. Please note that there may be a slight wait time, similar to the in-person office appointment, if the physician is finishing up with a previous patient. Please ensure that you are on a high speed internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred, though a high speed 5G connection will also work) in order to obtain the highest quality audio and video for your appointment.

You will receive a text message on your smartphone at the designated appointment time from the physician with a link to a video chat room. Simply click on the link and you will be asked to grant access to your video and microphone. After agreeing, you will automatically enter the chat room. You should be able to see yourself in the upper left hand corner. Make sure that the video and microphone icons on the bottom of the screen ARE NOT crossed out and are active. The physician will enter shortly and the appointment will start.

If you do not have a smartphone and prefer the appointment to be done via Zoom, please notify the provider ahead of time so that accomodations can be made.
