Effective patient communication is a vital component to high quality patient care. For this reason, we have embraced secure SMS texting for its speed and convenience, both for the patient and the provider.

We are currently trialing two new features that we believe will further enhance the patient experience, and hopefully make your care more efficient. The first is a new webchat function (see the blue icon at the lower right corner of the website) that enables communication directly with the staff. Another update is a new feature called Autopilot that will automate the information gathering process. Simply text the office phone number with one of the keywords listed below.

  • Appointment: Schedule an appointment

  • Refill: Medication refill request

  • Referral: New patients who are referred to the office

  • Review: Leave feedback for the office staff and doctors
